Delivery areas
Express 60-minute delivery is available in central Bengaluru. Standard same-day and next-day delivery covers the wider Bengaluru metro area. Pan-India shipping is available for non-refrigerated medicines and health products.
Delivery charges
Free delivery on orders above ₹499. A flat ₹40 fee applies to smaller orders in Bengaluru. Outstation shipping fees are shown at checkout.
Order tracking
Every order is tracked on WhatsApp — from confirmation to dispatch to delivery. Our pharmacist stays in touch throughout.
Failed deliveries
If we cannot reach you at delivery, we'll re-attempt the same day. After two failed attempts, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
