When you're eligible for a refund
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or tampered packaging
- Product close to or past expiry on arrival
- Order cancelled before dispatch
How to request one
Message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after verification.
