What we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, phone, delivery address, prescriptions you upload, and details of items ordered. We also collect basic analytics about how you use the site so we can improve it.
How we use it
Your details are used to fulfil your orders, provide pharmacist support, comply with pharmacy regulations, and send you order updates on WhatsApp. We do not sell your data to advertisers.
Storage & security
Prescription images and order records are stored securely and accessible only to authorised pharmacists at Dinesh Pharma.
Your choices
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to us. We will respond within 30 days.
